Peacemaker Season 2 - August 21, 2025
For the highly anticipated second season of Peacemaker, Blue Whale Studios was tasked with the design and fabrication of several Hazmat-style helmets and stunt copies in various sizes.
Under the direction of Michael Crow, using stellar concept design by Greg Semkow, we used a mix of Rhino3D and Zbrush to create a wearable helmet prop that included a temporary / removable visor, snap-in gasketing around the throat, and a magnetic-lock air assist that connected to the backpack.
During fabrication we found, unsurprisingly, that adding a click-in shroud around the neck effectively sealed off the helmet and made for a very stuffy and foggy wearing experience. To combat this, we retrofit a magnetic hose attachment at the back of the skull that would push fresh air via a 70mm squirrel fan hidden in the backpack.

For our in-shop display piece, Chris Hamburger painted up a “Gold and Cream” alternate version.
